I recently had an issue with my ozone system. I tried to locate the problem but was unsuccessful so I sent Kelvin an email describing what was going on. Being a Saturday afternoon, I thought he would probably get the email when he went to work on Monday and get back to me when he had time. Within a couple of hours, I got an email from Kelvin telling me how to troubleshoot the problem and what to look for. Within a few minutes, I was able to locate and repair the problem and got the system back up and running.
In a day and age where customer service is a joke, I cannot say enough about how Kelvin runs his business. Thank you, Kelvin.
